Your Role
Our Middle East region is currently seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our
Dubai office. You would be an integral part of the Group of Companies \xe2\x80\x93 working to
conceptualize and develop project design concepts for mixed-use, residential, hospitality, commercial
office building and retail center projects, according to specifications provided What You Will Do \xef\x82\xb7 Formulate design presentation strategies and present design concepts to clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 Produce graphic presentations, 2D, 3D renderings and construction drawings.
\xef\x82\xb7 Create virtual reality presentations that include 3D walkthroughs of renderings by using AutoCAD,
Sketch-up, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Formulate quotations based on existing architectural drawings by deriving relevant information.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in discussions regarding landscape design for mixed-use projects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in pre-design tasks, including visioning sessions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Updating of project list with a pre-designed format.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing and sharing of quotations with clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 Following up with clients on quotations and updating system entries.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all work is carried out to the requirements of the client, with the design team working to the
correct specifications and delivering a high quality and timely product to the client.
\xef\x82\xb7 Involvement in office, regional and sector business development initiatives.
Your Qualifications
\xef\x82\xb7 College graduate or a degree holder.
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive portfolio of work, preferably across various practice areas
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrable experience in large projects with complex stakeholders
\xef\x82\xb7 Advanced knowledge of design software including AutoCAD; 3D Max; Revit; Sketch Up; Rhino;
Illustrator; InDesign; Photoshop.
\xef\x82\xb7 1-2 years minimum experience in design production.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be experienced in making designs, backdrops, seating layouts and other event elements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Can work in tight deadlines. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and emerging designer to
