Key Responsibilities: 1. Designing and creating 3D models and visualizations of products, buildings, or structures using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3DS Max. 2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the designs meet the project requirements and specifications. 3. Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses needed for the project. 4. Analyzing project plans, blueprints, and other documents to identify potential cost savings and efficiencies. 5. Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and providing them with regular updates on the project\'s progress. 6. Conducting research and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques. Requirements: 1. Certificate in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3DS Max. 3. Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, building codes, and regulations. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
