Job Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale IT platform roll-outs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and project timelines

• Manage cross-functional teams, including remote software development teams, to drive project delivery and performance

• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and status reports for stakeholders at all levels

• Coordinate with business units, vendors, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new platforms

• Monitor project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to scope and financial targets

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams with a focus on transparency and accountability

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and outcomes

Requirements
10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO

• Strong IT platform roll-out experience with 5M+ USD projects costs

• Experience with car/cab booking systems is highly preferred

• Ability to work with remote software development teams

• Based in Dubai and available for a 12-month contract

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
