About The Role

As a Representative Resort Kiosk, you will be responsible for selling various guest activities and special attractions across the resort in a professional and friendly manner. You will have extensive knowledge of all the Atlantis Dubai Resort activities as well as good product knowledge of the resort. The role is exposed to high volume of guest requests daily and requires excellent communication and upselling skills.

About You

Previous experience with B2C Sales and high-quality guest service-oriented organization, who also possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales. You will enjoy dealing with a variety of guests, and have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.

Proficiency in the use of computer software and system is essential to the position. Fluent in English, (Arabic, Russian, Chinese a plus). You will be customer service focused, friendly with a willingness to always assist guests with their queries.
