Reporting Manager

As the Reporting Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a vital role in the success of our project management initiatives by ensuring that all reporting activities are carried out with high accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and presentation of data related to project performance and outcomes. Key Responsibilities::
Lead the development and generation of comprehensive reports that detail project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements and ensure reports meet stakeholder needs. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to senior management. Design and implement effective reporting tools and frameworks to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Manage the reporting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality output. Ensure compliance with reporting standards and accuracy in all deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. At least 12-15 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or project management. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly and effectively. Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of the construction and project management industry is a plus.
