Job Overview
As a Reporting Expert, you will support loan performance tracking, model development, and risk assessment. You will collaborate across corporate finance, risk, and business analytics teams to build data models, visualize trends, and communicate actionable insights that support portfolio optimization and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine analytical models for loan valuation, NIM/NII tracking, and risk metrics like RWA and ECL
Perform data collection, cleansing, EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Conduct deep-dive analysis of corporate loan portfolios to assess performance and risk
Use data-driven insights to identify portfolio optimization opportunities and risk exposure trends
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI
Deliver clear, insight-rich reports and presentations to LPM stakeholders and senior management
Monitor market shifts, regulatory updates, and internal strategy alignment to guide analysis
Apply structured problem-solving to address complex financial reporting questions

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related discipline
Strong knowledge of loan performance metrics (NIM, NII) and risk concepts (RWA, ECL)
Proven experience in portfolio analytics, financial modeling, or data science in banking
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI for dashboarding
Strong skills in data preprocessing, EDA, and statistical analysis techniques
Ability to clearly interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to think ahead and anticipate challenges
