- Revenue and Contribution: member of CE service team, assisting in achieving Service Labour and Total Service Revenue in the pre-set sold- hours without any Redo activities.

• Product Knowledge: adequate knowledge of Volvo construction machines and Doosan air compressor. Aware of structure and functions of machines systems, troubleshooting and disassembly and assembly of machine components. Ready to work at end user sites and fieldwork.
• Service & Team support: positive attitude and a key member of teamwork. Assisting the service team. Sound & efficient in report making with good English communication skills. committed to the highest level of customer care
• CSI: achievement of CSI objectives for service operations

Required Skills to be successful:

• Min. (5) years experience in Volvo construction machines
• (2) years\' experience with Air compressors
• Very good English language (both written and spoken)
• Preferred with UAE driving license
• Good troubleshooting skills and component overhauling (engine, transmission and hydraulic systems)
• Capability of reading hydraulic and electrical schematic diagrams
• (3) years diploma and technical training institute courses

About the Team: You will be reporting to Workshop Supervisor and in busy environment

Technical training institute course through Govt recognized institute or Three years Diploma certified course in Mechanical, Automobile or Electrical stream. Minimum Experience:
Minimum 6 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands on experience with Volvo construction equipment and Doosan air compressor. Job-Specific Skills:
Complete product knowledge with best trouble shooting skills, overhaul of the construction equipment components, understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics with troubleshooting skills of electrical and hydraulic problems. UAE driving license must. Behavioural Competencies :
