Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of gaming related products. This includes gaming consoles, controllers, keyboards, headsets, monitors, arcade machines and various gaming accessories. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on repair expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on gaming consoles (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) and accessories. Repair and refurbish gaming controllers, keyboards, headsets and related peripherals. Troubleshoot and fix issues with arcade machines, gaming monitors and other gaming hardware. Perform hardware replacement, soldering, component-level repairs and firmware updates when required. Ensure proper testing, calibration and quality checks after every repair. Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage and service logs. Collaborate with warehouse and store sales teams to ensure timely repair turnaround. Keep updated on new gaming technology, repair tools and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electronics Repair Technician, preferably in gaming or consumer electronics. Strong knowledge of gaming consoles, peripherals and related hardware. Proficiency in troubleshooting, soldering and component-level repair. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and repair documentation. Good communication and organizational skills. Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred. Knowledge of firmware installation and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with gaming trends and product ecosystems.
