Role Overview

We are hiring a

Computer & Gaming Repair Technician

to join our Al Ain branch. The role requires both

technical skill

and

customer interaction

, focusing on diagnosing and fixing computers, laptops, and gaming devices while assisting customers in making the right product choices.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair computers, laptops, and gaming consoles. Replace damaged parts such as screens, batteries, and charging ports. Assemble and optimize gaming PCs and workstation builds. Test hardware and ensure quality repair standards are met. Provide product information and repair advice to walk-in customers. Maintain an organized repair area and assist in product display setup. Support sales staff when customers require technical guidance. Stay informed about new gaming components and repair trends.
Requirements

Hands-on experience in computer or laptop repair (minimum 1 year). Good knowledge of PC components, hardware compatibility, and upgrades. Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (Arabic preferred). Confident, reliable, and willing to take initiative in a retail environment. Willing to relocate within the UAE if required.

Trial Details

Duration: 3 days You'll be observed on how you diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot PC and laptop problems. Focus will be on repair accuracy, speed, and communication with customers. Exceptional performance may lead to immediate hiring.
