Will be responsible to manage in-house repair process for all minor vendor damages and warehouse damages for Luxury product categories, in combination with administrative tasks related to the Repair Center and data reporting to respective stakeholders
Coordinate with warehouse inbound, inventory and outbound team and ensure all damage product are thoroughly checked and identify by category i.e. repairable/ not repairable update respective team accordingly.

Education/Certification and Continued Education
High School Qualification, Tailoring certificate/ ITI diploma
Years of Experience
2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in relevant role

Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with subordinates and management

Ensure minor vendor damages are fixed and resolved within agreed SLA
Coordinate with Inventory team and outbound team to collate feedback on product needing minor repair & in-house fixes
Arrange to send damage merchandise to external repair center \xe2\x80\x93 ATR if required.
Coordinate with Buying and trading teams whenever required to take necessary feedback on product condition and agreed final resolution
Responsible to execute following minor repair process on various product categories falling under minor damage criteria.
Leather product cleaning
Stone/Bead fixing on RTW dresses, bags, shoes
Shoe sole repairing for minor scratches
Dry cleaning coordination with external Laundry services
Minor tailoring fixes, like thread pull fixes, minor stiches, bead sewing etc.
Implement daily request from warehouse and support store stock items
Responsible for technical information flow from the Brand/Local Supplier to the internal organization from end to end.
