Job Description

Having knowledge of Company formation in all legal forms according to UAE legislation. Ensure that people are aware of the product and services offered by company which are available to assist them with starting up in business. Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry their desired business in UAE. Review, receive and process new business license applications and its renewal in Offshore, Dubai mainland, and Free Zones Companies. Provide corporate advisory services with respect to business set up, company formation and corporate structuring and restructuring. Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions to ensure smooth process of the license and visa applications. Undertake and complete on time all administration duties associated with the post includes but not limited to update internal documentations process. Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner. Attend and participate in team meetings, working in partnership with colleagues as and when required.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
