Fatorah is looking for an experienced
Remote Scrum Master
to join our dynamic team and lead agile development efforts for ourHealth Claim App project
. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring the team follows agile best practices, removes obstacles, and delivers high-quality software on time.This is a
fully remote
position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a talented, distributed team.Key Responsibilities
? Facilitate
daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
.? Work closely with
Product Owners
to align the team with project goals.? Remove
impediments
and protect the team from distractions.? Promote
continuous improvement
and agile best practices.? Ensure smooth collaboration between
developers, testers, and stakeholders
.? Provide
transparent progress updates
and risk mitigation strategies.? Foster a
self-organizing, high-performing team culture
.Required Qualifications
5+ years
of experience as aScrum Master
in software development.Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
.Strong knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.Excellent
communication, facilitation, and leadership
skills.Ability to work with
remote, cross-functional teams
.Experience with
agile tools
(Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).Preferred Qualifications
ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification
.Background in
Java development
.Experience in
healthcare technology projects
.Strong
conflict resolution and coaching
