Role Summary:

We are in search of an experienced Scrum Master to guide our agile development team towards the successful delivery of the Health Claim App project. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies and principles. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and meets our high-quality standards while fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Work closely with product owners to ensure the development team understands project objectives.

Support the team in delivering both technical and functional stories within set deadlines.

Identify and remove impediments to the development team's progress.

Promote continuous improvement and foster an environment of open communication and collaboration.

Ensure adherence to agile practices and principles, and coach the team on their effective implementation.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and potential challenges.

Protect the team from external distractions and ensure their focus on the sprint goals.

Foster a continuous improvement mindset and promote a culture of learning within the team.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles, with a recognized agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas.

Proven ability to foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification.

Background in Java development.

Prior experience in healthcare technology projects.

Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
