Job Description

We are recruiting a

remote backend assistant

to support daily order operations for an online business.

This role is focused on

manual order entry

. You will spend your workday transferring order information from our system into supplier platforms. The process is clear, repetitive, and accuracy-driven.

No prior experience is required. This position is designed for someone who can follow instructions, type efficiently, and work consistently.

Daily Responsibilities

Manually enter customer orders into supplier systems Copy product, shipping, and customer details accurately Verify information before submission Process orders continuously during your shift Follow defined procedures exactly
There is no automation, no customer interaction, and no sales involved.

Work Schedule

9 working hours per day

Monday to Saturday

Flexible shift options: European daytime hours Late shift (evening to night, up to approximately 3:00 AM)
Shift timing can be discussed based on availability.

Requirements

Reliable and fast typing ability Stable, high-speed internet connection Comfortable working on a computer for long periods High level of attention to detail Ability to handle repetitive tasks without loss of accuracy
