to guide clients through the beginning of their migration journey and drive our sales process forward.

Role Overview

The

Relocation Advisor - Sales

is the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary role will be to understand their migration needs, provide accurate initial guidance, and convert qualified leads into committed clients. This is a consultative sales role where empathy, communication skills, and product knowledge are key.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations. Conduct initial assessments to determine client eligibility and recommend appropriate relocation pathways. Clearly explain migration and relocation services, timelines, and pricing. Build trust-based relationships and provide a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets. Collaborate with migration consultants, case officers, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on immigration programs, policy changes, and destination country requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, client advisory, or customer service - preferably in immigration, education, or relocation services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes in simple terms. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, etc.) are a strong advantage.
