This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and onboard new customers for credit card products through field visits, telecalling, and referrals.
Promote and explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's credit card products, policies, and compliance requirements.
Accurately complete customer applications and documentation.
Follow up with customers for documentation, activation, and usage of credit cards.
Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales to ensure a positive customer experience.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase loyalty and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely card issuance.
Stay updated with competitor offerings and market trends to better position the bank's products.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in direct sales, preferably in credit card or banking products.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
