Sales Executives - Personal Loan
to join our dynamic financial sales team in
Dubai
. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with
6 months or more experience
in
personal loan sales
, either in the
UAE or their home country
, who are looking to grow their career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
personal loan products
to individual customers
Generate leads through
cold calling, referrals, and field activity
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
Meet or exceed
monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain
strong customer relationships
Ensure all applications comply with
banking regulations and policies
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up records
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in
personal loan sales
(UAE or home country)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
Sales-driven with the ability to handle objections
Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation
Must be
currently residing in the UAE
Immediate joiners are preferred
