Currently, we are hiring for the below positions for Leading Local Bank Hiring for: Relationship Officer for Auto Loan Sales Team based in Abu Dhabi Employment type: Full-time Location: Abu Dhabi Number of Vacancies: 8 Salary range: AED 4000 -8000 + Attractive Incentive The role will include onboarding new customers for Auto loan. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
- Present and sell all Type of Auto Loan products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
- Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.
- Minimum one year experience of Auto Loan Sales
- Ability to identify potential Customers
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
- Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
