We are one of the Leading Indirect Sales Channel working closely with the leading banks in the UAE to bring the best financial solutions to our clients. Currently, we are hiring for the below positions for the Large UAE Bank Hiring for: Relationship Officer for Auto Loan Sales in Abu Dhabi Employment type: Full-time Location: Abu Dhabi Number of Vacancies: 5+ Salary range: AED 5000 with Attractive Incentive The role will include onboarding new customers for Auto loans . This Job requires a high level of relationship building and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
- Present and sell Auto Loan to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing car Dealers to enhance selling opportunities.
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
- Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.
- Minimum one year Auto Loan Sales experience
- Ability to Generate business with car Dealers
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
- Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
