As a Credit Card Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers: Engage with customers in person, via phone, or through digital platforms to promote credit card products.
Explain product features: Clearly communicate the benefits, features, and terms of credit card products, ensuring customers understand the application process, eligibility, and fees.
Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas as set by the sales manager or organization.
Customer acquisition: Guide customers through the application process, assist with document collection, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain customer relationships: Offer post-sale support, answer customer inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest credit card products, terms, promotions, and competitors to provide the best service.
