Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
Mashreq Bank Credit Cards
to potential customers through outdoor and indoor sales activities.
Meet and exceed assigned
monthly sales targets
.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively pitch and close deals.
Ensure all applications and documents are accurately completed and submitted.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Adhere to all bank and compliance policies during the sales process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
(compulsory).
Minimum
1 year of experience
in credit card or banking sales (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
