We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager's to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, managing assigned leads, converting prospects into active clients, and providing continuous support throughout the client lifecycle. This role is essential for achieving sales targets, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the expansion of our overall client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact and follow up with assigned leads to convert them into active clients by clearly communicating the company's value proposition. Work towards achieving individual sales targets set by the Team Lead. Educate clients on market trends, trading strategies, and platform features. Provide timely updates and detailed reports to the Team Lead regarding lead status, client engagement, and sales performance. Stay current with market developments and global economic trends that may affect clients. Collaborate with fellow Relationship Managers and Team Leads to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Suggest improvements to enhance the sales process, client experience, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence Background in finance or trading is an added advantage A proactive team player with a strong client-first approach
