At least 2 years of work experience in a sales environment, preferably in the financial sector;
University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field);
Computer literate \xe2\x80\x93 Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel are essential;
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network withstakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress;
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, high pressured environmentand being able to multi-task;
Be proactive, show initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement;

Ensure to hit personal KPIs (net deposits/ active traded clients/ call time, etc.); Improving customer service quality/experience, productivity and profitability; Maintaining High Net Worth Clients; Answering e-mails, assisting with client deposits, trading, withdrawals, client training; Cooperation with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner; Providing accurate information to clients regarding company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services; Follow up with new and existing partners (IBs, Affiliates, Strategic Partners) and assure Partner\xe2\x80\x99s Clients smooth journey; Preparing and presenting FX Market update on regular base; Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports in relation to dedicated market/markets; Maintain an excellent knowledge of the company\xe2\x80\x99s offers; Updating internal systems with accurate information; Assisting with coverage for the colleagues if they are not available; Providing feedback to relevant departments on customers needs; Meeting company core values on a daily basis inside and outside the office; Updating internal systems with accurate information; Any additional duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from theEmployee from time to time.
