- Maintain Customer Relationship with High-Net-Worth clients and be point of contact for any customer issues
- Provide Professional client experience via Phone, Chat or Email
- Support and increase customer’s trading and investment activities
- Identify Business opportunities during daily activities
Qualifications
Additional Information
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Native Chinese Speaking and written skills is MUST
- Passion about Financial Market and following the Market Trend.
- Ability to provide Professional Services.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skill
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Flexible work rotation on Day / Night / Public holiday
- Relevant trading experience would be an advantage.
- Global Equity trading experience will be an advantage.
- Career minded and interest in long-term development
