Job Description
Calling All experience Banking & Insurance Sales candidates!! Salary :- Between 3000 to 5000 AED + Mobile Allowance + Commission (Visa,Insurance) Please do not apply if you don\'t have Sales experience in Banking, Insurance or Retail. Sponsored candidates or candidates who can join immediately given higher priority. UAE banking & insurance experience candidates would be given preference. New to country candidates should have banking sales experience in Home county (Minimum 1 year) :
- To provide Portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank and retain their royalty and respect.
- Promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients.
- Source new business accounts through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.
- Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank
- Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly financial targets, including x-sell and up-sell of products to customers.
- Carry out all tasks ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
- Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
- Identify and initiate improvements to work, customer service, quality, work processes and organizational matters in order to contribute to business efficiency goals.
- Prepare customer/sales plans to ensure each relationship is managed according to customer\'s needs and potential, regularly reviewing the customer portfolio to assess future needs and ongoing fee/income potential.

- To be successful in this role you will come with 2-5 years of experience in Banking or Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and
- Ability to manage portfolios, deliver to Key Performance Indicators in a regulated environment and source new business through ones own initiative
- University degree in a related area. Post-graduate qualifications in Finance or Economics or in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
- Language: English is a must
