Rijas Development is seeking a proactive, personable, and experienced
Relationship Manager
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and nurturing relationships with clients, investors, and partner agencies, while promoting our portfolio of luxury real estate developments. Your ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and build trust will be essential to ensuring exceptional experiences and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agencies.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Promote Rijas Development's luxury properties to prospective buyers and partners.
Understand individual client needs and provide tailored property recommendations.
Coordinate and conduct property viewings at the company's sales center and project sites.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using the CRM system.
Provide market insights and feedback to support continuous improvement in service and offerings.
Ensure a seamless, positive customer journey from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 6 months -1 years in relationship management or real estate sales, preferably within the luxury segment.
Languages:
Proficiency in
Russian

French
,
Arabic
,
Chinese
,
Turkish
, or
German
is highly valued.
Market Understanding:
Solid knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and client expectations.
