Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets in line with the approved business plan
Drive new-to-bank acquisition within the real estate and business banking segment
Grow existing client relationships by increasing wallet share and cross-selling relevant banking products
Conduct detailed customer analysis and submit complete case documentation following field visits
Maintain daily sales performance reports for review by team leaders and management
Ensure a seamless and high-quality client onboarding experience
Customer Focus
Deliver excellent customer service with a strong client-first mindset
Maintain thorough knowledge of FAB products, policies, and processes
Ensure transparent product offerings and avoid mis-selling
Handle customer issues professionally and escalate where required to ensure timely resolution
Learning and Development
Actively participate in learning, development, and training programs
Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends
Provide constructive suggestions to improve products, processes, and customer experience
Internal Processes and Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to all FAB sales, KYC, AML, and compliance policies
Follow risk control assessment processes across selling, onboarding, fraud control, and documentation
Maintain strong audit outcomes through full compliance with internal procedures
Ensure only quality and compliant customers are onboarded
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to support case processing and approvals
Skills and Competencies
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills
Solid understanding of real estate banking products and lending solutions
Customer-focused and commercially driven mindset
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions

Qualifications and Experience
Real estate banking experience is mandatory
University degree required; MBA, PGDM, or sales-related certification preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in banking or the financial services industry
