As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, focusing on private clients with a Western background. This role requires exceptional client management skills, financial expertise, and a proven track record in the wealth management industry.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of private clients, primarily consisting of Western clientele.
• Understand clients\' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to provide tailored advice and solutions.
• Offer a comprehensive range of investment products and services, including wealth management, investment advisory, estate planning, and other related financial offerings.
• Proactively engage with clients to identify new business opportunities and cross-selling possibilities to enhance their financial portfolios.
• Provide expert guidance on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes that may impact clients\' financial objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment analysts, product specialists, and legal professionals, to ensure exceptional service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments to ensure client portfolios align with their objectives and risk tolerance.

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Western education is preferred.
• Between 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the wealth management or private banking sector.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a book of Western private clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand clients\' unique needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
