Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and experienced
Relationship Manager
to join our expanding team in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate, have strong sales skills, and are eager to work with international investors, this is the right place to take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring client satisfaction
Advise clients on Dubai's property market, investment opportunities, and regulations
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan experience preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Persian, or Hindi are a plus)
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented personality
Knowledge of Dubai property laws and developer ecosystem
