Responsibilities
- Use internal CRM and/or line of business software to update lead statuses and handling potential clients over the phone to further qualify them for programs.
- Organize contacts and administer all CRM efforts.
- Coordinate presales efforts as may be required by the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and other contacts as may be required.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events as may be
service and channel the communication flows with Clients and Consultants.
Experience
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
- Team player, collaborative, reliable, flexible and cooperative with a high level of dedication;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Previous experience as a Relationship Manager will be considered a plus
- Fluent English and additional language would be preferred
- Nationals from India, Pakistan, African Countries, ME Countries
