Responsibilities:We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to drive property sales and maintain strong client relationships for off-plan real estate projects.The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with developers and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.Convert leads into clients through effective follow-ups and relationship building.Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiate deals.Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company policies.Required SkillsBachelor's degree preferred.2-5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
