Job Title: B2C Account Manager (Forex Experience, Hindi & English Proficiency Required) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates About CPT Markets: CPT Markets is a leading financial services company specializing in Forex trading and investment solutions. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dedicated B2C Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a B2C Account Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing relationships with our valued consumer clients, particularly those involved in Forex trading. We are looking for a customer-focused professional who can ensure our Forex B2C accounts receive exceptional service and support while being fluent in Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities: Forex Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our Forex B2C clients in Dubai. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues related to Forex trading. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow and expand our Forex B2C accounts in the Dubai market. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing client engagement and Forex trading revenue. Client Support: Provide exceptional support and assistance to Forex clients in Dubai, addressing their questions, concerns, and Forex trading needs promptly and effectively. Forex Account Planning: Develop account plans and strategies specific to Forex trading clients in the Dubai market to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Forex trading products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients in Dubai and provide guidance on Forex trading strategies. Forex Data Analysis: Analyze Forex client data and feedback from the Dubai market to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in Forex trading services. Use data insights to optimize Forex client experiences. Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any Forex trading-related client issues or challenges in the Dubai market, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Forex Client Training: Provide training and guidance to Forex clients in Dubai on effective Forex trading strategies and the use of our Forex trading products and services. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on Forex client account status in the Dubai market, including Forex trading progress, opportunities, and challenges, to the management team. Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English with Forex clients in Dubai to provide a seamless Forex trading experience. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in B2C account management, with a strong focus on Forex trading clients.
  • Proficiency in Forex trading strategies and products.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding Forex trading service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
