It has grown to become one of the world's foremost luxury developers, with projects spanning the GCC, Levant, Middle East, United States and United Kingdom Job Title: Relationship Manager - Real Estate - Dubai (Russian and Chinese Nationals) Sales Experience of B2B and B2C Both Good personality (energetic, good presentation, driven) Excellent communication skills Candidate with direct sales experience (Real estate/Insurance/ Banking/ Luxury Retail/ Timeshare) Market and promote completed and off-plan properties to existing clients and potential investors globally through corporate brokers Recruit local real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai. Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with high-net worth individuals and organizations to promote, market and sell off-plan and ready properties. Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities in Dubai and other locations. Participate in Exhibitions and promotional events. Ideal Candidate: Adaptive and Proactive approach in getting new business from overseas market. Enhanced and developed sales skills at a global market level. Interacting and getting business from multiple nationalities. working in high-pressure environments Sourced potential investors from regional and overseas market Establish, maintain a good work relationship and discuss various opportunities of property investment and services. Key Skills:
Mandatory: 2- 3 years of Direct Sales experience(in Banking/Insurance/Real Estate sectors) and Luxury Retail experience with a good clientele database of HNI's.
