Job Description

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with educational agents and consultants to drive student recruitment.

Conduct regular visits to agents' offices to provide updates on the university's programs, admission processes, and policies.

Train and support agents to ensure they effectively represent the university and provide accurate information to prospective students.

Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of student referrals and conversion rates.

Represent the university at education fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events both locally and internationally.

Deliver presentations about the university's programs, campus life, and career prospects to prospective students, parents, and educational agents.

Meet prospective students and their families during fairs, events, and one-on-one sessions to provide personalized information about academic programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.

Facilitate on-the-spot counseling and assistance to help students navigate the admissions process, scholarship opportunities, and visa procedures.

3+ years of experience in student recruitment, business development, or sales roles, preferably in higher education or the study abroad sector.

Proven track record of working with educational agents, consultants, or institutional partners for student recruitment.

Experience in organizing and participating in educational fairs, conferences, and student recruitment events.

Experience in roles that required frequent travel, especially internationally, to meet agents, partners, or attend events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
