Aston Gate Global is a boutique real estate brokerage launched by a successful Canadian real estate leader and now operating in the heart of Dubai. We specialize in off-plan investment sales, secondary market transactions, and international client onboarding. With partnerships across Dubai's top developers and a powerful CRM and marketing engine, we're ready to scale -- and we're looking for a Relationship Manager who can help us do that.
Role Summary:
As our Relationship Manager, you'll be at the center of client engagement, agent support, and deal flow. You'll help qualify and nurture inbound leads (both local and international), coordinate with agents, and act as a key point of contact for high-potential buyers, especially those coming from Canada, the UK, and India.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and follow up with inbound leads from WhatsApp, landing pages, social media, and CRM
Qualify buyers based on intent, timeline, and investment capacity
Coordinate between clients, agents, and admin to ensure seamless deal flow
Maintain accurate CRM records, assign leads to agents, and monitor follow-ups
Join property presentations, site visits, and Zoom consultations
Represent the Aston Gate brand with professionalism, urgency, and market knowledge
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign results
Provide weekly reports on lead conversion progress and agent responsiveness
Ideal Candidate Profile:
2+ years experience in Dubai real estate, property investment, or sales support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluent English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Russian a bonus)
CRM-savvy (HubSpot experience is a strong advantage)
Confident using WhatsApp Business, video follow-ups, and digital messaging
Professional, organized, and proactive -- you follow through and follow up
Comfortable coordinating a small team and building long-term client relationships
