Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive/Relationship Manager with experience in real estate, especially in plot sales, to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping clients find the perfect property.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential and commercial plots, especially within Arabian Hills Estate Generate leads via calling, online platforms, referrals, and field marketing Conduct client meetings and on-site plot visits Guide clients through the buying process with professionalism and market insight Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain client records and sales pipeline
Requirements

3+ year of experience in real estate sales (plot sales preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Goal-oriented with a proactive approach Familiarity with Arabian Hills Estate is a plus Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred
