As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with brokers, support them with product knowledge, and work closely with developers to drive sales. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and helping our partners close more deals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and developer partners
Drive new business through broker and developer channels
Provide brokers with product updates, training, and support to help close deals
Track broker performance and ensure targets are met
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and issue resolution
Develop and execute strategies to maximize business through partnerships
Requirements
Proven experience working with brokers (mandatory)
Experience working with developers is a
huge advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
Industry experience in real estate, banking, or insurance is a plus
UAE market knowledge is preferred
