We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have

2-3 years of proven experience in real estate business development

, with strong

exclusive partnerships and established networks with developers

. The role requires someone with excellent rapport and relationship-building skills who can bring in direct developer contacts and

help drive business growth through sales and strategic partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, ensuring exclusive partnerships and collaboration opportunities. Leverage existing contacts to secure developer projects and exclusive deals that align with company objectives. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach. Represent the company in developer meetings, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility. Collaborate with internal sales teams to align strategies and maximize revenue potential. Negotiate and finalize agreements with developers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to support business growth strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in real estate business development, relationship management, or a similar role. Strong and proven

exclusive partnerships with developers

. Excellent

rapport and relationship-building skills

with developers and industry stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to

develop business through sales and strategic initiatives

. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
