Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the portfolios of a minimum of
250 clients
across tax, accounting, and advisory services.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and high service standards.
Provide research-based advisory services and guidance to clients.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients while building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal tax and finance teams to deliver accurate, compliance-driven solutions.
Maintain long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Achieve defined sales and revenue targets through proactive business development.
Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory).
Experience:
2-5 years in client relationship management, account management, or business development -- preferably in tax, consulting, or financial services.
Proven experience in
upselling and referral generation
within an assigned portfolio.
Languages:
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(mandatory).
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client-handling abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, M.Com, Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA.
