KEY SKILLS
Communication Skills - must be proficient in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Research Skills - able to search for relevant and accurate information about prospects and their contact details
Prospecting Skills - able to generate leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Task management Skills - must be able to handle tasks in an organized, efficient, and timely manner
CRM Skills - have experience in using CRM software
MS Office Skills - must be proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
Sales Skills - proven experience in Sales/Telesales (thru Cold-calling) or a Service-oriented role.
