Key Responsibilities:
Present and promote secondary projects to potential buyers
Schedule and conduct site visits
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct property consultations to understand client needs and budget requirements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of ongoing and upcoming off-plan developments, market trends, and competitor offerings
Maintain CRM records to track leads, conversions, and follow-up actions
Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales

Strong
communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Knowledge of
Dubai real estate market
is preferred
