Real Estate Sales Agents
who are passionate about real estate and driven to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from leading developers
Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and networking
Advise clients on property options, investment opportunities, and payment plans
Conduct presentations, arrange property tours/site visits, and guide clients through the buying process
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism
Stay up to date with new project launches, developer offers, and market trends
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Fluency in English (knowledge of German, Turkish, or other languages is a strong advantage)
Excellent networking and client relationship-building abilities
Target-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious
Preferred nationality: Turkish and German candidates
