Position Overview
The Regulatory Reporting and Financial Controls Manager - Dubai, UAE will oversee regulatory submissions, financial controls, and compliance with Central Bank requirements. The role ensures accurate reporting, adherence to policies, and alignment with internal risk and financial frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Manage regulatory reporting processes and ensure timely submissions to regulators including the UAE Central Bank
• Reconcile regulatory reporting with financial and management reports
• Standardize adoption of regulatory reporting frameworks across the bank
• Coordinate with technology teams for automation, data integrity, and reporting improvements
• Provide regulatory ratios and key financial metrics to ALCO and other stakeholders
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with changes
• Work with the Risk team to validate RWAs, Expected Credit Losses, and related ratios
• Manage general ledger account opening and maintenance
• Enforce adherence to the bank's Financial Controls Policy
• Establish accounting schema for new products and offerings

Ideal Profile

• Strong background in accounting, auditing, and regulatory reporting within the banking sector
• Proven knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulatory frameworks and requirements
• Skilled in reconciliation, financial control policies, and reporting automation
• Ability to coordinate with technology and risk teams on data and compliance initiatives
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred
