Job Responsibilities

As an Regulatory & Sales Marketing, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Product Registration:

Prepare and submit dossiers to the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Municipality, or Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DOH) for product approval.

Ensure all health supplements, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals meet GCC and UAE-specific guidelines.

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain up-to-date records of licenses, certificates, and approvals.

Ensure labeling, packaging, and advertising comply with UAE law and GCC regulatory requirements.

Audits & Inspections:

Coordinate and support regulatory inspections by local authorities.

Implement corrective actions for any regulatory non-compliance.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies (e.g., MOHAP, SFDA).

Monitor regulatory changes in the UAE and update internal teams accordingly.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Handle product renewals, variations, and post-market surveillance in line with UAE regulations.

Market Development:

Identify potential markets, clients, and healthcare professionals.

Develop strategies for introducing and promoting supplements in pharmacies, clinics, gyms, and retail chains.

Sales Generation:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, respecting UAE content guidelines (no unverified medical claims).

Coordinate social media, influencer, and email campaigns with compliance.

Product Knowledge & Training:

Train pharmacy staff, health professionals, and sales agents on product benefits and usage. Provide scientific evidence to support product claims when needed.
