Accreditation & Quality Management:
Coordinate and maintain international accreditation processes with the Quality Department. Ensure documentation and record control procedures are followed, and support procedural development across departments.
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:
Ensure adherence to confidentiality, impartiality, and independence. Manage communication with public institutions and regulatory bodies. Monitor and interpret UAE and international regulatory trends, escalating relevant updates and risks.
Policy & Training:
Support the development and implementation of company policies. Coordinate compliance reviews with department managers and organize employee training on legal and regulatory matters.
Regulatory Engagement & Advocacy:
Build relationships with local and international authorities. Participate in regulatory meetings, workshops, and advocacy efforts to influence policy in line with TUV Austria's position.
Operational Support:
Oversee compliance-related operations, including registration and renewal processes. Conduct root cause analyses and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Information & Data Management:
Collect, analyze, and manage data related to TUV Austria's products and services. Conduct research and internal inquiries, and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation.
Reporting & Ethics:
Report conflicts of interest and non-compliance issues. Fulfill additional duties assigned by top management in national and international projects.
