Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. Their 110 bed facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services that cover a wide range of medical and surgical specialties. Their 1,000 healthcare professionals work together to provide essential health care services in inpatient, outpatient and a specialized department for Essential Wellness within the concept of Integrative Medicine.

Education & Qualifications:

• MBBS and Specialty Master Degree
• Not less than 7 years of experience, 2 years after the Master degree;
• Willing to relocate to Kuwait.

Description
You will treat people of all ages with a wide range of diseases which is what makes being an ENT surgeon so interesting and rewarding. You will see more children than most other surgeons apart from those in pediatrics. You will treat conditions that affect the senses such as hearing and balance disorders or smell and taste problems. You will also treat patients with conditions that affect their voice, breathing and swallowing as well as those with head and neck tumors.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide general care to patients on hospital wards and in outpatient clinics;
• Assist the Consultant in investigating, diagnosing and treating medically or surgically all patients referred to his specialty;
• Participate in peer review, quality-related activities, and other clinical/administrative meetings when deemed necessary by the head of the department and the hospital administration;
• Involve in the departmental and hospital-wide performance monitoring & Improvement activities;
• Keeps current with new procedures and techniques in the field of his specialty;
• Maintain the highest professional standard of conduct in line with organization's policies and procedures and internationally accepted standards;
• Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
