Responsibilities: - Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with established standards. - Coordinate and manage the care environment to optimize patient outcomes. - Establish and implement standards of nursing practice and care guidelines. - Ensure Total Patient Care following the Scientific Nursing Process and international guidelines. - Adhere to Patient Rights, education, and statutory requirements. - Support the implementation of evidence-based practice and clinical pathways. - Maintain compliance with International Patient Safety Goals. - Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
