An esteemed hospital in UAE is welcoming applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of ENT Surgeon. Responsibilities: - Treat conditions of the Ear, Nose, and Throat, including examining affected organs and performing tests to determine the degree of hearing loss, speech loss, or injuries to the larynx. - Treat conditions of the ears, upper pharynx, oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck. - Perform procedures such as nosebleeds treatment, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, infected mastoids treatment, and treatment of Sinusitis. - Conduct assessment & re-assessment for all patients in the OPD, on admission, and prior to any procedure. - Complete medical records promptly indicating diagnosis, treatment, and future courses of action in accordance with established requirements. - Collaborate with other departmental personnel in planning programs integrating the curative and preventive aspects of total patient care. - Provide guidance and support to other assigned staff in the Otorhinolaryngology Service, monitoring work for quality and correctness. - Support Continuous Quality Improvement and maintain confidentiality regarding patient information and administrative matters of a confidential nature. - Develop a thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures and demonstrate respect for them.
Job Profile
