The role is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients and their family members according to current best-evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with Dubai Health Authority and organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct Initial Nursing Assessments:

Perform thorough patient evaluations according to clinical guidelines and facilitate necessary medical referrals.

Provide Holistic Patient Care:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while considering cultural and socioeconomic factors.

Administer Medications & Treatments:

Manage and administer medications, including vaccines, ensuring adherence to protocols.

Perform Laser Procedures

: Operate laser equipment for approved dermatological and aesthetic treatments, ensuring proper calibration, patient preparation, and post-procedure care.

Ensure Patient Safety & Best Practices:

Promote a safe healthcare environment by following clinical guidelines, policies, and best evidence-based practices.

Utilize & Maintain Medical Equipment & Supplies:

Efficiently manage clinical equipment, material resources, and medical store monitoring.

Document & Communicate Effectively:

Maintain clear and accurate records, escalate care when needed, and facilitate seamless patient transitions.

Educate & Support Patients and Families:

Implement patient education plans from admission to discharge, ensuring safety, care management, and preventive health measures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Minimum 2 years' experience post qualification Holder of Dubai Health Authority Medical License as Registered Nurse and Laser Technician * Have Basic Life Support (BLS)
