Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital standards and policies.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and ethical practices.
Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in Code Blue or other emergency protocols when required.
